The S-Press total knee replacement system sets new standards for patients with metal sensitivities. The combination of fully biocompatible materials (Titanium Ti6Al4V, Grade 5) with advanced surface coatings — entirely free of cobalt-chromium — enables implantation even in sensitive or allergy-prone patients.

Combined with a biomechanically optimised design, it enables permanent osseointegrative fixation and near-complete restoration of joint mobility.
