Contract Measurement

Precision components require precise measurement – in medical technology just as in any other industry.

We carry out inspections of dimensions, form or surface quality as a service for parts not manufactured by us – fast, fully documented and traceable.

In our air-conditioned measurement room, we have the capability for tactile and optical measurements on state-of-the-art machines, as well as measurements of surface roughness – and above all, well-trained, experienced personnel.

Where required, we also realise custom solutions such as leak testing or inspections with special fixtures and gauges, which can deliver significant cost savings for large series or complex inspection requirements. We can also advise on the development and implementation of such solutions, as we have been applying this expertise to our own products for many years.
